Design process

We believe the best way to come up with the perfect home is by listening….

Listening to your wants, your needs, and your dreams.

We often take your thoughts and help to put them down on paper. This first rough layout then becomes the “bones” from which the final design will emerge.

Sometimes a stock layout comes close to the “bones” and whats needed is simply modifying a stock layout, size, and other aspects – other times a complete customization is best.

Most changes to the working plan can be done almost immediately and the results then given back to you for review and input on that same day.

Once the layout is close we often draw up a simple 3D rendering to help you “see” the what the house will feel like. All of this design work is done remotely and does not require you to take up your valuable time for meetings and reworks.

The 3D rendering of the floor plan is an invaluable tool as it allows you the chance to virtually walk through your house and try it on!
